My love for motorcycles and snowmobiles started at a very young age. I remember telling friends and those around me that I wanted to ride professionally.
I worked hard enough to ride motorcycles professionally for a good part of my life. In my 20’s I worked for the Nitro Circus and Godfrey Entertainment. Helping create and develop one of the biggest brands in the action sports industry. This helped leverage me many sponsors and the ability to perform at many motorsports events around the nation.
From there I got married and created a family. I was lucky enough to marry a woman who shared the same passions as I. We spend a lot of our time riding and exploring new areas all over the place.
After a few years as a software engineer I needed to get back to my roots as a rider. I saw the need for backcountry experiences here in Utah. After working hard to obtain permits to guide in the Uinta and Wasatch mountains we were able to create the experience I had in mind.
My biggest goal is to make sure you have one of the most memorable experiences of your life when you come ride with us.
I keep pushing to develop and bring you new areas and activities. We aren’t a run of the mill tour company. You will get the most personalized experience anyone in the industry can offer you when you come ride with us.
I originally started snowmobiling in 2005 to access backcountry skiing terrain. By the next season I was so addicted to sledding that I never brought my skis again.
A fun day in my life consists of spending time with my family in the outdoors. We like to hike, bike, run, dirt bike and go camping together. I also enjoy trail running, riding dirt bikes in the mountains and of course snowmobiling with friends. I try to do these activities a few times a week.
I met the Boondockers in 2008. I was introduced to them by a mutual friend and have been riding with them on occasion ever since.
I cannot divulge my favorite riding area but the riding area contains the most unique terrain I’ve ever ridden. The area is littered with technical creek bottoms, pillow lines, cliffs, and steep trees.
This season I plan to ride a lot and keep searching for new terrain. In a season I’ve put on 2700 miles. The most miles I have on one sled is 5000.
